Caring staff; Professional and Efficient We have used Advanced Quality Compliance & CVO for the past 3 years. Shannen and her staff take care of all our credentialing needs for the multi-specialty surgery center we have as well as the ENT practice we have. We have 50 + providers in our surgery center and our ENT practice has 4 locations with 6 practicing ENT physicians as well as a nurse practitioner. Her company has a website you will have access to so that at any given time you can access your provider/facility credentialing documents/information all in one place. So Grateful for Them! I honestly do not know what I would do without AQC. I have been at United Health Centers for almost two years doing all of the billing for 18 providers. They are not all full time; however, as you know the credentialing still has to be done and the provider numbers set up with each insurance carrier. I am now using their checklist for the credentialing process to encourage our HR Department to gather the information from new providers during the hiring process. It is certainly starting them out on the right path to success.
