AQC provides concierge credentialing in line with NCQA credentialing standards. Employers verify documentation to make sure credentials are: accurate and valid. AQC completes files within 20-45 days depending on provider participation. AQC staff are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to assist providers and/or managers with documents, applications, questions, etc. AQC is dedicated to ensuring the credentialing process is complete, pleasant, and not an added burden to our managers and/or providers. When beginning services with AQC we take clients through an organized onboarding process that allows clients to provide AQC with the information and our staff populate the portals, start to run reporting to ensure the transition is efficient, and ensure monitoring begins as soon as possible.
