My name is Shannen Reyes, President of AQC. Originally from Staten Island, NY but I currently reside between the great States of Georgia and Texas. With 17 years of experience in the healthcare industry, my motto is simply, “How can I Help?”. I have been with Advanced Quality Compliance & CVO. from the beginning. I love AQC. Being the President allows me the opportunity to ensure every client receives a zero percent error rate on audits.

We ensure QUALITY is at the center of everything we do. Some clients transferring to AQC come to us with trust issues, as their expectations were not met by other providers. It’s AQC’s job to surpass your expectations and keep you involved throughout the entire process. Our team will communicate with your staff while ensuring compliance, CVO, and your contracting needs are met.

Processors:

AQC processors have 20+ yrs of experience. They work from the comfort of their home, this allows them to be completely flexible in the work-life balance and allows them to assist their client and/or provider 24/7

Accounting Team:

Our accounting team plays an important part in our organization. With the many pass-through cost and upfront cost, AQC pays out it is the job of the accounting department to ensure clients are paying on time and we are paying out our contractors on time.

Data Coordinators:

AQC coordinators are trained for a minimum of 6 months to a year by our data manager. They are not allowed to touch data until they are tested, approved, and granted access to the AQC credentialing software. Coordinators a special part of the AQC team as they monitor, renew, and alert our clients of sanctions or expired items. There is data coordinators are working 24/7 in our system to add documents, change dates, naming, and drop documents.

Monitoring Team

Once a month there is a digital scrubbing of data. Our monitor teams runs reports for all clients subscribed to our monitoring program. These reports are checked for accuracy of expiring documentation. Our monitoring team reaches out to providers personally to request renewed liability insurance, ACLS/BLS/PALS, renewed identification documentation, and other items not easily verified online. Our monitoring professionals are trained for a minimum of 6 months at the most one year. It is essential they understand the processes, documents, and the art of monitoring large amounts of provider data.
